The freeze gun (molotov). Only freezes people that have different modz then you do. So the freeze gun is only to freeze modders out of the game. And the freeze cars are for freezing everybody out. There's a freeze car on every island you just have to look for them. Hint: the 4 freeze cars are (bobcat) (buccaneer) (cavalcade) (oracle) and they spawn where there are lots of cars Ex: Parking lots on any Island and any parking spots. The cars are on the 3rd island and in the middle island off 2nd island and 1st. The v5.3 Modz have better colours and better drift cars(sultan, infernus, faggio) than Dope x Waffl3 and new freeze cars and freeze gun and new plane flight paths.

HOW TO MOD(THE EASIEST and DETAILED WAY):
1. DOWNLOAD THE ISO

and DOWNLOAD the AGBX360 STEALTH PATCH:

-download the iso
-once downloaded open AGBX360 go to autofix then go to AUTOFIX THRESHOLD then choose level 3.
-browse for your iso then let it execute and let it check the iso.
2.DOWNLOAD XBOX BACKUP CREATOR

-after stealth patching it using AGBX360 open the XBOX BACKUP CREATOR -open it and go to image tools then IMAGE BROWSER
-click "file" then "open image file" then look for your iso then replace the common.rpf with the modded common.rpf -once you replaced it, go to DLC2 and replace DLC.rpf with the modded DLC.rpf
3.DOWNLOAD CLONECD

(easier to use than IMGBurn for those people who aren't tech savvy in burning xbox games into DVD)
-open it then click "write image file to disc" -then browse and look where your iso is located but don't choose your iso, choose the "name_of_your_iso.dvd file" -click burn and done!!! hope to burn successfully then hotswap the GTA4 EFLC disc with your modded discs!!!
NOTE: HOTSWAP IT WITH GTA4 EFLC DISC DON'T HOTSWAP WITH GTA4 ORIGINAL DISC COZ IT WON'T PLAY TBOGT or it will tell game won't start!!! WHY?
if you hotswap gta4 original game with a tbogt mod disc, you are making the tbogt game, save as the original game making an invalid pathway to the game causing it to give the "won't start error"(it's like making a COUNTER STRIKE shortcut for a GTA4 game in the PC)
AND DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY REPLACE DLC.rpf in the iso with DLC2.rpf!!!!
